Mallinckrodt M30

I have received M30s, oxycodone 30mg immediate release, otherwise known as Roxicodone 30mgs. These were dispensed by an FDA licensed pharmacy. But there is no effect whatsoever and I am quite confused. How could a licensed pharmacy legally possess and distribute a tablet that is a fake imitation not made by Mallinckrodt? I know the FDA is corrupt but Jesus this has gotten quite bad. I guess that it could be a recall, but these are definitely scored and identified as Mallinckrodt so what is going on here? ## What are you saying? I take the medication and I have no problem with it. Now i am wondering. Is it sugar pills?? If so that is a legal issue, and I would jump on it. This has totally gotten uncontrolled. Pain patients get stopped suddenly off their meds they have been on for years. ...

Recently filled a script for oxycodone 30mg. It has a m on one side and 30 on the other. The coating is so hard you can hardly break it in half. Looked up the pill and it appears to be a brighter blue that is thinner in the middle. It does not seem to be as effective in strength as either the A215 or a K9. Is there something wrong with these pills? ## Hello, Cat! How are you? These tablets are manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. There is nothing that states they must look the same as those made by the other manufactures, so it is normal for generics to look different. Rather than breaking them, you should get yourself a pill cutter, it cuts them much easier and is more accurate. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit form...

are the white m30 with the no#114 on the side of tablet, are they saleable like the blue ones with the m on back?. ## Hi Kieth, From what I could gather, the blue M30's and white 114's both contain 30mgs of Oxycodone. The most notable difference is that M30 is made by Mallinckrodt and 114 is made by Mylan Pharmaceuticals. Additionally, M30 tablets have a different set of inactive ingredients (otherwise known as binders/fillers). They contain: FD&C Blue No. 2, stearic acid, lactose monohydrate, and microcrystalline cellulose. The white pills with 114 also contain the following fillers: stearic acid, corn starch, silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose, and lactose monohydrate. What is it about them that makes you question their efficacy?

What is a small round white pill with M in a box on one side and 30 with a score line on the other side? Could it be Oxycodone 30mg? ## Hi Ken - The imprint of M 30 (M30) which you provided corresponds with Oxycodone 30 mg immediate release manufactured by Mallinckrodt pharmaceuticals. The only thing is that those pills should be closer to a very light blue color rather than white. The NDC code is 0406-8530. You can also view an image directly from Mallinckrodt which actually looks closer to white. Hope this helps! Sources: MedsChat: NDC 0406-8530, Mallinckrodt: Oxycodone HCl Tablets, USP CII 30 mg ## I was dispensed a very small light green tablets with an "m" within a circle and scored with a "30" on reverse. Supposed to be oxycodone 30 mg but different from previous ...

Is there a new 30 milligram oxycodone with M on one side and 30 on the other that is dark blue instead of light blue? ## I do not believe that there is. I came across this blue m30 before. I bit into the tab to taste that familiar taste and it was a tasteless chalky substance... In other words fake. Just my experience.... ## To my understanding, the round light blue 30mg Oxycodone pill by Mallinckrodt with [M] on one side and "30" over a score line on the back has been around for quite some time & appears to be the only legitimate version with this imprint/depiction. If yours is dark blue and it's not from a licensed pharmacy then it's probably counterfeit. And if it is from a licensed pharmacy then I would contact the pharmacy (or manufacturer) directly for more spe...
