21 Topics FoundI am 58 years old I am sugar patient, BP is normal. Currently I am taking insulin 30 min before breakfast 25 units and after breakfast 1 glycomet sr 500 plain tablet. At night after dinner I am taking 1 glycomet at 500 plain tablet. Now I don’t want to take insulin. Shall I take glycomet gp1 one tablet 30 min before breakfast instead of insulin and after breakfast 1 glycomet sr 500 plain tablet and night after dinner 1 glycomet sr 500 plain tablet. Please suggest..

I am 62 been a diabetic for 7 years. Taking Gemer 1 before breakfast and glycomet 250 in the night after dinner. Now doctor has prescribed Glycomet GP2 morning and Glycomet 500 for night. The quarterly average sugar level was 7.75. 4 years ago and 7.45 2 years ago and it is 7.40 tested 2 weeks ago. Ihad been taking Pioz 15 with Wallaphage 850 on the advise of my doctor for last 8 years after dinner ;but when I found my fasting level at 160 and PP level at 270.
