Trepeline helped me with headaches, and relaxing due to stress. I dont like taking tablets , but when I take trepeline, next morning i feel refreshed. I dont take them every night, I have had headaches due to stress, and tight shoulders and neck for long, long time.Rebound headaches happen, dont take tablets with caffeine in.I am headache free now.

I have been suffering from excrutiating headaches for the last few months. Having tired everything from acupuncture, massage, pills and potions I finally went to a neurologist who specialises in headaches. I acutallly went to see him yesterday...

He told me that I have to stop takilng all painkillers as these are contributing to the headaches via rebound headaches.

He has prescribed trepeline. I do not know much about it, but do know that it is an antidepressant. I am very wary of taking mood altering drugs. Can anyone provided me more info, please.

Sorry, I see by your IP that you are outside the US. Apparently this drug is not approved for use in the US, and I cannot find any information on it at all, not even by doing just a general internet search. There are a few mentions in posts on message boards like this, but that is all, none that tell what it is used for, side effect information, or anything relevant to your question.

Did your doctor or pharmacy provide any additional information when it was prescribed?
