Doctor told me to start with 10mg in morning and 5mg 4 hours later. I did this for a few days and felt absolutely nothing. I was the told to up my morning to 20mg. And 10mg 4 hours later. Again ... nothing .... If anything I feel more foggy and super sleepy. I was given this medication for all the reasons it's used for. What could be wrong ?? Not enough mg? Wrong meds? I'm 29.
