Hi, I'm on my second pack of sprintec now and I had a couple periods during my first pack. So now I'm halfway through the second week of the second pack and haven't had my period yet. I've had sex but its always been protected. Is this okay to be late according to my tracker by a week?? - Filed in Sprintec

Thank you so much, yes actually.
Is it really bad on my body if for over a four day period or so that I missed a day took two the next? I think this really messed me up. But I stopped taking it and now I'm cramping worse than I ever have and my period finally started. I know you shouldn't do it but I kept forgetting and wanted to keep up, but it made it worse ):

Yes, it's actually completely normal when you are new to taking hormonal contraceptives and such irregularities can occur for the first 3 months.

Learn more Sprintec details here.

As long as you haven't missed any, or had unprotected sex, then there's really no need to worry.

However, if it continues past the third month, it may be the wrong pill for you to take and you may need to talk to your doctor about trying a different one.

Are there any other questions?
