	<description>i have been on mirtazapine for nearly six years and want to come of it as it's now casuing me to feel spaced out on most days. depressed and suicidal. My doctor has told me that all anit depressents are all the same, he's just fobbing me off and I'm fed up with him as he is with me. i've been told to ask for a change. If not then I wont take anything meds at all.That will make me worse I'm sure. Mirtazapine might work for some people but it's a poor drug. - Filed in Mirtazapine</description>
