my daughter received her 2nd gardacil injection to her left arm, she is 26...3 weeks later her left calf swelled overnight, we rushed to do 2 dopplers, which proved negative for dvt. We were then sent to a vascular surgeon and orthopedic surgeon, neither of which could determine what was going on.. several days later, she started to feel swelling in her left upper arm, left hip, left side of her face. She is a healthy 26 yof, has no medical history, other than seasonal allergies, and dermagraphia. She has had a cbc and urine analysis, all negative....we stopped her birth control medication to be safe, and were stumped. She is very anxious now and upset that something very serious is wrong with her, and nobody can help...Her OBGYN that gave her the gardacil injection, states it's not a result of this vaccine. I am an allergy nurse by specialty, and I feel she is having some sort of allergic reaction to this vaccine., can I be right????
