My doctor has put me back on 75mg venlafaxine 200 mgs trazadone 5mg librium at night which I have to come off. i have just come off 5mg it wasn't too bad.I am also on5mg temazepamfor sleep which i have been on for 15 years. I need to come off this after librium. I know i am addicted to temazepam and when i cut it down can't sleep feel awful. I really could do with some advice as I get very sleepless. Does anyone have any ideas slimmindown recommended using Unisom I would like her advice on whether that would help me. i am glad i have found this forum.
