There are 2 pills in each packet but I only needed one and it took approx 12-15 minutes and headache, sore muscles gone. Fabulous product for me. I have tried pain off and other pain products Otis offers but none help me. Could you recommend a comparable pill to anodynos (with similar ingredients) that I can try?
