It depends on how long you've been taking 60mg a day for? I have been on adderall 30mg twice a day for 4 years now and do to prior auth my insurance made me wait 72 hrs before they would pay for my script... just being off my adderall for 3 days was miserable! I was so extremely tired and lethargic that I almost lost my job and the only other withdraw symptom I had was the worse case of depression I have ever experienced... not to mention I felt pretty stupid without my meds for those 3 days. But I don't really know how long the withdrawals last for altogether. I hope this helps

Based on the reviews of many on this site, I get the sense that Adderall withdrawals (severity, duration, effects, etc) can vary greatly from one individual to the next, depending on a variety of personal factors.

Certain Adderall withdrawal symptoms can include, but are not limited to:

Extreme fatigue (tiredness); Depression; Changes in heart rhythm - which could lead to irregular heart beats; Insomnia; Anxiety; etc. Adderall withdrawal is generally characterized by drug cravings, sleep problems, slower reflexes and mood disorders.

Although Adderall withdrawal is generally not life-threatening, it can be very uncomfortable. So uncomfortable that some people will start taking Adderall again in order to relieve the symptoms.
