I've had two treatments. The last one was 4 days ago. My doctor says we can expect to see some reduction in the tumors after the 2nd or 3rd treatment. The only side affect I've had is some itching. I'm not sure it is a side affect, because I had a lot of itching before Yervoy. I have 15 tumors (all just under the skin) except for one in my lung. They range from pea size to small egg size. I'm working full time, eating well, sleeping well, and not in pain.
