Preferably the Tynept 12.5mg brand from India. ## Tianeptine isn&#39;t available in the U.S., so I&#39;m not familiar with it. The available information I&#39;ve found states that it is used for depression, but also some forms of pain, and anxiety. There are many similar medications available in the U.S., and Canada. It may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, mood changes. and weight changes. Here is some more information on Antidepressants from the MayoClinic. Has this been recommended? What medications are already being used?</p>]]></description>
