Hello all, I hope and pray someone can answer my questions. I've decided to get help for my addiction and made a appointment with the Suboxone Clinic. First app. was just answering a few questions about my history, then made a appt for the following day. I thought I was going to be treated at first appt. Nope! I took a COWS test, they gave me Rememeron for the withdrawals and told me that I need three more appointments before I can be treated with the Suboxone. Mind you this is a Friday. So I have to do all weekend, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday with withdrawals. Then they want me to do take a urine test and needs to be negative of opioid before they give me anything. Honestly I've never heard of waiting this long to get help. I cannot be sick, so I took a little bit of Suboxone that I had myself to help with the hell I have to go through all week. My last opioid intake was Friday, how am I going to pass urine? Will they check for Sub on my first urine test? I'm amazed what I have to go through in order to get help. If I can handle a week without anything, and I can't. What's the point of getting help? And do they watch you drop urine? - Filed in Suboxone
