My step daughters mother is giving her a white heart shaped pill at night before she goes to bed. The child says it comes in a orange and white box . Any ideas of what it might be? I was thinking maybe something holistic.

Without any markings, it can be difficult to positively identify something, but there are some tablets being sold as Ecstasy on the market that meet this description.

However, upon usage and testing, they were found to only contain very low amounts of Amphetamines and were believed to be adulterated.
