is Simponi better or not than embrel ## I used embrel for six months with no improvement. After a few of taking simponi along with methotrexate I have had great improvement. Simponi is used to treat health conditions, such as RA, psoriatic arthritis and ulcerative colitis, as listed by the FDA. Possible side effects may include chills, night sweats, dry cough, skin rash and loss of appetite. Can anyone that's been on it chime in with their experiences? Have you started it already?
