Several weeks ago I ordered a supply of vitamins including a supply of Complete One. It was back ordered with the note that it would be sent as soon as possible. It didn't come. I called Customer Service and was told that it was waiting for the ingredients and would be shipped shortly. Didn't come. Called again. Same story but no Complete One. Ordered other items today and was told another item (Hairball Formula) was no longer being sold. Again checked with Customer Service who informed me my order for Complete One had been cancelled. Never bothered to tell me prior to cancellation.
