		<description><![CDATA[<p><img src="https://rxchat.com/images/forums/507.jpg"/></p><p>Hi, I got pink eye a week ago and started to use polysporin eye drop for a day, then it got worse and more swollen and more painful. Dr prescribed me tobremycin eye drops, then after 3 days my eye got worse and worse. Tears running non stop and my eye is like a bowl of blood. It is so itchy and painful. I hardly can open my eye. After 5 days my Dr prescribed oral medicine (clindamycin 300mg) 3x daily. I just started last night but there is no change. I am so worried about this issue. He said if it gets worse i have to do some inj. ## The general rule with oral antibiotics is that if they are working, you shouldn&#39;t see any worsening after taking it for a full 24 hours, and you should start to see improvement after taking it for a full 3 days.
