I have a round white pill that is scored in the middle and has 44 on top and 148 on the bottom. I'm unsure if it is a percocet or not. Can somebody help me? ## No, this tablet is an over the counter product that is listed by the NIH as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a generic or store brand of Tylenol. The tablets that use the 44, followed by 3 additional numbers are all over the counter products, this company does not manufacture any prescription medications. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, and headache. Is there anything else I can help with?
