		<description><![CDATA[<p><img src="https://rxchat.com/images/forums/606.jpg"/></p><p>I am scheduled to start Orenitram in 3 weeks, I have been on Sub-qutaneous remodulin for over a year and have had success with that medication. I have not been able to tolerate the pain from starting a new infusion site. It has been horrendously painful. I am so looking forward to switching to Orenitram but want to know if anyone else has switched from Sub-qutaneous remodulin to Orenitram and it has been just as sucessful? ## I take Orenitram. It is much better than subcutaneous Remodulin, which when starting a new site is extremely painful. So I recommend Orenitram for PAH.??. ## Orenitram, and Remodulin both contain the same active ingredient, Treprostinil, so if one worked well for you, then it is reasonable to expect similar results from the other.
