Otto, thanks for the reply. The culprit turned out to be two "innocent" Adco-dols that I had taken for a neck spasm. I did much research after my experience since I was at the point of being deported. Travelers be warned. Check if the pain killers you take contain Codeine. Codeine is a type of opiate. In fact, I learned their are many products that fall in this category. If you are going to have a medical - BE CAREFUL.

Nope, there's no Heroin in either. Lethyl is a barbiturate and zolpidem is a benzodiazepine-like compund. There's not any kind of opiates there at all.
