So I had heard of niravam before but never knew it was an actual quick dissolving version of Alprazolam (which I believe would suit my needs better than the regular generic alprazolam tablets which are becoming more and more scarce). Does Nirivam work as well as Xanax? ## In my case - I have severe panic attacks nirivam works 100 times better for me. I was having to chew the xanax to get into system with nirivam it dissolves and you get more immediate effects ## They are actually the same exact drug, Xanax is just in a pill that you have to swallow and Nirivam is a tablet that dissolves under the tongue, but otherwise, there is no difference. ## F r on one side and a cross on the other.
