I am prescribed 4mgs klonopin daily, and 10mgs oxycodone 4xs or 6xs daily as needed. My question is: If I took 10 or 12 mgs of klonopin in one day, and 80mgs oxycodone over the course of 36 hrs (this was a MONDAY) and I have a urine screen on THURSDAY morning at 11:00am, will my urine levels still be super high? Or will the levels be down to my normal dose level by THURSDAY morning? Obviously, I am prescribed these meds, I'm simply concerned about the actual level present in my urine 3 days later. Should they be back down to a "normal" level?

Also, it seems to me that these levels could depend entirely on the person taking their prescribed meds. Is it possible that one person could show a high level and have a completely relevant reason to have such high levels? Such as, kidney/renal problems (which I have)... Basically, after 3 days will the levels be low enough for it to be considered a "normal" amount based on the prescription I'm currently on?

If I do test at a high level for either prescription drug, could there be a legitimate reason (one that a doctor or therapist would accept)??? Please let me know as soon as possible.

Opinions from toxicologists, doctors, or patients who have been through what I have would be GREATLY APPRECIATED. Thanks for your time, and the effort put into research and/or answering my question - it is appreciated more than you could possibly know. - Filed in Klonopin

I posted earlier, just an hour or two ago - I could REALLY use some answers, please get back to me as soon as possible. Basically just need to know if my therapeutic levels could be close to "normal" in a tox screen... Again, took the super high dose Monday night - urine screen is Thursday Morning... Any answer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a ton (in advance). This is extremely important to me.
