Well i kno someone that IV's and insufflates suboxone 8/2mg. It still works just as good as dissolving under tounge.

Suboxone actually contains two different meds to treat addiction, this one has 8mgs buprenorphine and 2mgs naloxone. The Naloxone prevents the buprenorphine or other opiates from working if you try to crush this pill to snort or inject it, or if you try to take other narcotics with it.

it's suboxone....an opiate addiction maintenance tool...it's preferred to methadone maintanence..
