There is also a horizontal score line on the side with the markings. This particular pill is identified as a 2.5mg Midodrine HCl tablet; which is used to treat hypotension. If there is in fact a "C" on your pill as well, then I'm not sure what it might be... but if you could please double check the imprint that would be great. My small child picked up a pill on the floor of a restaurant today. It is round, flat and orange with a stylized letter E or G (like a logo design) and the number 43 underneath it.
