I have had severe bouts of diarhhea, bloating, and gas for over a month. I have done a lot of reading about this on the Internet and think I may have irritable bowel syndrome. I have seen a GI and am having an endoscopy/colonoscopy on 10/19. When I saw her she would not prescribe anything for me and the episodes have become more frequent. A friend of mine who is a nurse said I should call the GI and tell her I can't live like this until she gets does the endoscopy/colonoscopy. She said I should ask her to call in a script for Levsinex capsules.
