I started taking this drug about 8 weeks ago. After 6 weeks my blood was checked and levels were still high so my doctor increased the dosage to 50 mcg's a day. I have had diarrhea for the entire time of taking the 50 mcgs of this drug. Emergency diarrhea. I told my doctor and she said to stop for one day then start back with 25 mcgs. Has this happened to anyone else? Should I be worried? It is somewhat embarrassing to have this because all I know is at least 5 times a day I will have explosive diarrhea. - Filed in Levothyroxine
