I'd suggest asking them what they feel the difference is, because from what I've found one is derived from the other, so they are very similar and treat the same things. They even risk the same side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, headache and weight changes. Is your psych only considering your depression? Perhaps one of them works better for both it and fibro.
