Has anyone had experience with travelling while on Kineret. We are flying internationally, then catching a connecting flight. How do I keep the Kineret at the optimal temperature for 16 hours? Any advice would be appreciated. ## Hello, Jane! How are you? Many drug stores, both on and offline, carry devices just for this. Some of them use chargeable battery packs to keep the medications chilled and others are just special cold storage packs that are meant to last a long time. I'd suggest asking your pharmacist about them as they likely know where you can buy them. Is there anything else I can help with?

I've had RA for 20yrs. I've tried just about every therapy on the market and for the past two years have been on a combination of Leflunamide, Hydroxychloroquine, Prednisone and Hydrocodone. I'm doing okay, I'm mobile and the only joint damage I have is in my wrists. What I wouldn't give to find one drug that does it all and toss these out. Has anyone had success with using Kineret as the only drug for managing their RA?
