THX, SINCERELY , CURIOUS I am 230 Lbs, however, absolutely DO workout every day for 1.5 hours with weights at the gym, followed by some sort of cardio. If i do that and add water, water, and more water, along with healthy eating, fruits and vegetables, etc....should i be ok in six days from stopping at the rate of 6 per day of the 7.5's for a urinalysis for new employment that is in six days?
