I’m a 58 year old man and have never had a colonoscopy: no colon cancer in family, but my parents had hemorrhoids, both parents. I think my hemorrhoids are at least grade 4 now. Can these bleed without any pain? I’m so scared of colon cancer because of OCD. Could someone give me some similar experiences and some reassurance.
