Do I have to go overseas? ## It was approved for treatment of iron overload by the FDA last month, however, it is still undergoing some testing and isn't widely available, yet. Have you tried asking your doctor, or pharmacist about it? The doctor should be able to prescribe it, if the pharmacy can get it in for you.
