I have been taking exforge hct for several years. I am convinced that I have a chronic stuffed nose as a side effect. I have had surgery. But the stuffed nose returned. I told my doctor that prescribed this medication that I think my stuffed nose is because of this but he continues to prescribe it. I continue to take it . And I dont sleep well with a chronic stuffed nose. ## Exforge HCT contains Amlodipine, Valsartan and Hydrochlorothiazide, this combination medication is used to treat high blood pressure and some cardiac conditions. And, yes, the nasal congestion is actually listed as a very common side effect of using this medication, along with nausea, peripheral edema and dizziness.
