This is my first day on them and although I felt I was breathing better during the day now at evening/night I cannot cough and clear the phylem from my lungs and cannot get to sleep. Now I only try to contain the sinus drip (which happen to be more or less continuous) and find that my coughing is better and I can breath much better.
