		<description><![CDATA[<p><img src="https://rxchat.com/images/forums/85.jpg"/></p><p>Is this system still under development? I&#39;ve used Mylan fentanyl transdermal patches for several years. Started with 50 ug/hr and now using 75 ug/hr. Of the three day cycle, the first day is good - effective pain reduction without &#34;druggy&#34; side effects. The second day is usually pretty good if I haven&#39;t been too active physically. The third day usually sucks to the point that some days I don&#39;t even get out of bed. Based in my experience, it doesn&#39;t appear likely that going to 100 ug/hr patches would help. On the other hand, being able to have some control over dose rate seems promising. ## Hello, Zippo!
