		<description>Hi Stephanie, &lt;br/&gt;  &lt;br/&gt; It's great that you want to say goodbye to pain killers, they can really do more harm than good in many cases! &lt;br/&gt;  &lt;br/&gt; The best advice I can give is to make sure you're eating plenty of fruits and vegetables while staying hydrated throughout the day. This will significantly aid your body in detoxing quicker. Besides getting plenty of rest each night I'd also recommend getting at least an hour each day of exercise in to help sweat out any toxins and get your lymphatic system flowing (which will significantly aid in detoxification as well).  &lt;br/&gt;  &lt;br/&gt; I hope this info helps!</description>
