Today's my first day on them. You are supposed to take the pill on the first day of your period and then take it for 21 days, then stop for 7 days and take it again on the 7th
And if you've missed to take it sometimes you can still take it some hours later, haven't really read in detail, doctor told me it's 8 hours but i wouldn't risk it that much. And if you're too late you're unprotected for 2 weeks.

what is the side effect if you miss take a deso 20 and you have a contact to your boyfriend it is posible to be pregnant..

If so, then it should be taken daily, for 7 days, before you have unprotected sex and then you should continue to take it every day for continued protection against pregnancy.

There is normally a week where you take no pills or take ones that are inactive, where you should experience your menstrual cycle. During this week, you are still protected against pregnancy.
