Anyone else having horrible time adapting to the time change? I have been in horrid pain since yesterday morning. I go through this every year. I don't know why we have to change time. I was in bed all day and had to cancel a foot doctor appointment, there is no way I can walk far today. - Filed in Tylenol

Oh yes, I hate it. I wish they would just pick one or the other and stick with it. Definitely feel more tired and foggy, even after getting the same amount of sleep. And there are many articles published on the negative effects of forcing the time change on everyone. One would think that schools and other places could gradually adjust their start times for a few days to ease the pain.
