Are there any bars which are equivalent to the original formulary bars? ## From what I could gather, these Choice DM Bars are diabetic snack bars. Some are formulated to prevent hypoglycemia while others are designed to reduce hyperglycemia. These are manufactured by "Mead Johnson Nutritionals". Since this is considered to be a nutritional supplement, I would think that your best bet would be checking out your local GNC or Vitamin Shoppe. Although I did however find another bar that is meant to be similar to these. It is called Ensure Glucerna (Manufactured by Ross Products Division). These bars are formulated to reduce Hyperglycemia.
