Can I take bosulif with dinner instead of breakfast? I have been taking 500 mg. For about2 months. I have stomach pain and nausea all morning every day and have vomited several times. According to the information website, it doesn't have to be taken at any specific time of day, just once daily, with food, so that should be fine, if your doctor approves. The FDA lists its other typical side effects as possibly including dizziness, headache, weight changes and diarrhea. Is there anything else I can help with?

I have been taking bosulif for a little over a year now. I first started with 300 mg with very few side effects. About 10 months ago the dose was raised to 400 mg. Worst side effect with that was the diarrhea, but was manageable. 4 months ago, the dose increased to 500 mg. Since this last increase, I have had terrible chest pains. Both with activity and at rest. Am taking a number of medications for the coronary artery spasms that the doctor claims is the cause of the chest pain. The pain never seems to go away entirely, even with the constant dose escalations of heart medication. Has anyone ever heard of this problem while taking bosulif? Not sure what to do. I really don't want to quit taking it ( bosulif) because after trying three other drugs, this one is really working for me. ...

Does anyone know the income guidelines for the patient assistance program for Bosulif? ## @Jake, Interestingly enough, Pfizer doesn't seem to list any of the criteria for qualifying patients on the their website for Bosulif. However, digging a little deeper I was able to find a phone number to what they call a "program counselor" who is supposed to help research and determine what programs you may be eligible for through "Pfizer First Resource program" to get Bosulif at no charge. The number they have listed is: 1-877-744-5675, and the office hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 8pm Eastern Standard Time. I hope this helps!
