I am 80 year old. I have mild BP since 1981 I had Diabetes since 2012. I take Betacard and Amtas 2.5 mg. Both these medicines I am using since 20 to 25 years. My Bp is under control.
Is Betacard a Betablocker ? I take Betaloc and have for over 25 years, and I am wondering if this is the same drug. My GP took me off this drug for some reason but after 2 days I had to go to hospital with my usually really steady BP going ver, very high. Discharge summary said for GP to NOT to take me off it again!!!!
