Hello, I am taking 30mg daily before going to bed (male, 43 yo). I have started with a very low dosage of 7.5mg and over the course of about 1.5 months I reached the current level. I experienced clear drowsiness (which is a good as I was having trouble sleeping) and dry mouth from the beginning. While the effect of drowsiness right after taking the pill persists, the dry mouth seems to be mostly reduced (80% from the top at the beginning). The reason why I'm writing is a strange back pain that started about 6-7 weeks ago. Here is why I find it strange and why I would like to hear from others if they experienced it like this: 1. I wake up every morning with acute back pain over all my back (bottom to below the neck) 2. Due to the pain I can hardly move in bed when I wake up. This was prescribed after suffering from insomnia and anxiety, with moderate to severe depression, for three months following complete withdrawal from the SSRI Citalopram (which I did very gradually, over three before this months as I thought I was stable enough to stand on my own two feet). My sleep improved immediately and I started to have some better days over the first two weeks. I know recovery should take time, and that the Mirtazapine takes at least 4 weeks to show its beneficial effects. On that basis, by the end of the second week I was feeling in a pretty good frame of mind and quite optimistic that I had finally turned a corner out of my anxiety.

I am on a lot of meds for depression/anxiety. My p-doc started me on Wellbutrin, but all of a sudden, I couldn't walk straight, veered into walls, etc. and fell often. I'm in my upper 70s. My husband insisted this effect started with the Wellbutrin, and convinced my doctor that I have to taper off. Low and behold, about 2 days after stopping, the symptoms disappeared. Has anyone else experienced such a side effect from anything? ## I guess what I'm trying to find out is if anyone has experienced unsteady gait when walking while taking wellbutrin? By unsteady, I mean swerving into walls, balance issues and falling down with no warning, and crashing into furniture. I suffered from these symptoms until I came off the wellbutrin. ## I am very sorry about what you've had to d... - Filed in Wellbutrin

On the 7th day I will begin 10 MG of Brintellix in the morning with breakfast. If I experience any sleepiness I should start taking it in the evening. My follow up visit is scheduled for June 29.

Anyone? Found this in the kitchen cupboard. Its small, round, brownish rusty colored with a 13 printed in black on one side. Blank on the other side. ## Based on your description the closest thing I'm finding is a 50MG Amitriptyline hydrochloride tablet, used for treating depression, anxiety, as well as a number of other conditions. Unfortunately I haven't come across any photos of the pill online, so I'm unable to verfity the color of the imprint/ink being used. However it's description reports a round brown pill that has " I3 " marked on one side and is blank on the other side. Additionally, the manufacturer is listed as Accord Healthcare. Does this sound like it could be a possible match? ## Peach with black print A13 - Filed in Amitriptyline

If so, how long does it take to wear off? ## Ive been on it for two years, you will def. feel drowsy when you wake up it will take at least and hour or two to wear off and It also seems to wear off once you keep yourself busy ## I have been on Mirtazapine for 9 months now - 15mg at night. I take it around 9:30 pm, but always feel groggy in the morning. True - if you just get up and get going, it will wear off fairly quickly. It has helped me sleep thru the night and gain back weight that I had lost.
