I am taking Losar H for BP, Janu met for Diabetes, Ecosprin 75 and Roseday 10mg after post heart bypass. Recently 3 months back, had Prostat lase surgery with incontinance urine problem and day by day increased urination every 20 minutes. Burning at tip of penis due to possible damage by catheter. urine culture ealier showed infection which was eliminated after taking amicasin injections. Now surgeon has prescribed urispas 93 times), roliten (5mg) twice a day.
My question-Is the use of Losar H and janumet responsible for execess urine. Surgeon says the operation was very good , no strictures in Urine passage(caliberation done), Sinter valve is Ok because no dribbling in urine. But my concern is why urine starts flowing after 20 minutes, may be due to Sinter valve and pelvic muscles rendered week after surgery.which can not hold small quantity of urine. also suggest opinion about Losar H and Janumet causing excess urine.

without any surgery. So there is logic in perscribing
amlopress AT which is a calcium blocker.
