Adco-Retic contains Amiloride and Hydrochlorothiazide, it is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach pain and dehydration. He prescribed betaretic to me as a water pill. He also prescribed tripeline to treat my high stress levels. I still have very swolen, and painfull feet. What should I do? I am not sure where you got that information, but this is not a Amiloride, which is a diuretic, or any type of prescription drug. Pills marked with an L followed by numbers are manufactured by LNK International and they only make over the counter products that are sold by various stores as their store brans or generics. This pill, round, yellow, and marked L 535 is nothing more than an 81mg Enteric Coated Aspirin Tablet, a low dose usually used daily by those with heart or blood clot problems. (NDC 0113-0535).  ## I double checked additional databases, including one that I pay to subcribe to monthly, just to make sure and they all list this as the same thing, Aspirin. ## Thank you! He collapsed once he started taking this tablet. ## Amifru contains 5mgs of Amiloride and 40mgs of Furosemide, it is used to help treat high blood pressure. Common side effects can include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and headache. I cannot say what caused him to collapse, this site is not medial professionals.
