What are the current thoughts on the use of accuzyme as a topical debrider for a wound with high bioburden? ## Accuzyme is very very good. it debrides 90% faster than collagenase. you must know when to stop using it. never had apatient who reacted to it. wound closure is way faster. less pain for the patient. will use it anytime over collagenase, which works like a snail. panafil very very very good for fot ulcers.
