After lunch (about 14 hours ago) I thought I took my acid reducing pill, but it turns out I took one of my brother's Opana 30 ERs (the bottles were in the same spot, they looked similar, I didn't think or look twice). I've never taken one before and its been a few years since I took anything like this. I feel tired, cold in some places and occasionally itch, but outside that am not feeling any side effects.

I'd like it if someone could tell me how long it will take for this be out of my system (and not show up on any sort of test). I'm 6'2, 210 if that varies. Thanks. - Filed in Opana

Hi Rick,

As far as drug testing goes, Opana (Oxymorphone) can only be detected in your urine for up to 3-4 days after your last dose. It can be detected in your hair for "up to" 90 days, but other than that I'd say it should be out of your system in less than a week. Very few companies even do hair tests, so I wouldn't worry about the whole 90 day thing.

Learn More: Opana Details

I hope this helps to address your concerns!
