White Pill With Orange Speckles

My prescription is usually Norco 5-325 MAL. NOW THE PHARMACIST GAVE ME NORCO 5-325 QUA. WHATS THE DIFFERENCE?

The only difference is that they have been manufactured by different companies. In these cases Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and Qualitest Pharmaceuticals, respectively. I got the 2172 on Saturday and have basically been asleep since the change. has anyone else experience increased drowsiness since the change in generics?
