I would like to know what kind of pill this is? It's a long white rectangle pill with 14 b3 on one side and 555 on the other side.

Is the marking possibly M B3 555?

If so, it is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 15mgs of Buspirone, which is used to treat anxiety.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood swings, and weight changes.
