Huckaby Pharmacal lists this capsule as containing 5mgs of Hydrocodone, and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, this dosage is no longer available, several years ago, the FDA required all combination products to reduce the amount of Acetaminophen in these combination products to no more than 325mgs per dose. They do, however, warn that it carried the risk of being habit forming, and may cause other side effects, such as dizziness, headache, constipation, dry mouth, and nausea.
