Sylate 500 This Tablet Used For What Purpose

i got aborted my first baby in janwary and in feb 21st to 24th i got my periods and in march i dint get my periods bt i had spotting on 23rd to til today and some times when having sex i had a bleeding too bt not much , when consulted with she suggested me sylate-500 is it safe , and if it is a normal periods it would have stopped within 5 days bt y its still bleeding ? y doctor suggested me that tablet , m i pragnent ?
