on it and wanted to know what it was.

Does it only have the W 100 on it and no other markings?

If so, then this is a 100mg Pristiq tablet, which contains the active ingredient Desvenlafaxine, an SNRI antidepressant.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and weight gain.
